Assert Authority

Brandon will assert the authority of County Sheriff as the highest law enforcement official to prevent the federal & state government from imposing unconstitutional laws or policies on his jurisdiction.

Protect Citizen's Rights

Brandon will protect citizens' rights by ensuring that law enforcement agencies do not engage in unlawful searches and seizures or eminent domain abuse.

Defend 2nd Amendment Rights

Brandon will defend the right to bear arms by opposing any attempts to restrict or limit this fundamental right.

Safeguard Civil Liberties

Brandon will safeguard individual liberties and freedoms, such as freedom of speech, religion, and assembly.

Maintain Local Control

Brandon will oppose the imposition of unfunded mandates or other policies that may negatively impact the county's resources and decision-making abilities.
